New scheme to get on the property ladder in Poundbury

The scheme dictates that the properties are to be sold at 30% less than the market value with no hidden catch such as an equity loan or shared ownership.

To be eligible for the scheme, applicants must register with the West Dorset District Councils Housing List or have a combined household income below £60,000 per annum.

Priority will be given to applicants with a combined household income below £45,000 per annum.
